We have reserved hotel blocks for Thursday September 18th and Friday September 19th. The last day to reserve a room through our hotel block will be August 18th, 2025.

If there are no more rooms available before this date please let us know and we can add additional rooms based on availability.

We have booked these additional rooms incase the Hyatt does not have anymore available!
