The best way is the N1 to Bloemfontein and then the N6 to Aliwal North. From there it's on to Queenstown. From Queenstown there is the Cathcart to Hogsback 47km dirt road (only 2x4 or 4x4 recommended) or if drivers are wanting to drive on tar roads all the way to Hogsback, you will need to drive from Queenstown to Fort Beaufort to Alice to Hogsback.

Fly to East London airport and from there you can take a shuttle(needs to be booked in advance) or hire a vehicle. From East London airport to Hogsback is a 2 hour drive. Start having a look at flight tickets as they can get expensive over the school holiday. The sooner the better.

There are shuttle services available. Please contact either of us if you need the contact number for the shuttle service. They will provide transport to and from East London airport.

Please have a look at the accommodation tab. All accommodation details have been provided. Please book sooner rather than later as the wedding will happen the first week of school holidays.

ADDRESS & DIRECTIONS: 42 Main Road, Hogsback. From town, follow the main road up the hill past St Patrick’s Chapel – we are 700m further on the left. If you are still stuck, type in Hogsrock Falls on google maps and this will lead you into the correct direction. Once you get to the venue you will find parking signs to assist you.

Please be there at 14:30. You need the time to walk down to the ceremony area.

The dress code is smart casual. Please note that Hogsback does get cold in the evenings please make sure you bring something warm. Ladies if you are planning to wear heels, please note that you will be walking on forest grounds, which may make walking somewhat difficult.

There will be a bar available at the reception area. The MC on the day will let you know how the bar will run. You will be able to pay with card if that's what you would prefer. Given that there is limited signal we would advise that you run a tab and pay for your bill at the end of the evening.

Unfortunately, no small children allowed.
