Our StoryMichael and Skye met through what was meant to be nothing more than a hilarious joke set up by one of their mutual students. What started as playful laughter quickly turned into something neither of them expected.Their first date took place at one of their favorite restaurants, and Michael arrived with a bouquet of Skye’s favorite flowers, sunflowers. From the very first conversation, time seemed to disappear. What was meant to be a simple evening felt effortless, lighthearted, and full of warmth.As the night came to an end, Michael told Skye he would “follow her anywhere.” In that moment, they both knew something special had begun. What started as a joke became a spark, and that spark grew into an everlasting love.
