Yes! Both wedding and reception will be indoors. During the cocktail hour and formal reception, guests will have access to a terrace with stunning views of downtown Birmingham.

We would love for our guests to wear formal attire. This is a celebration of love, so it’s time to pull out your fancy best! Floor length dresses, jumpsuits, formal separates, and suits with a tie or tuxedos are encouraged. Our wedding will be on a beautiful Fall afternoon so embrace the elegance of the day by wearing beautiful Autumn colors. We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor all dressed up!

We need you to RSVP by October 1st so our venders can prepare the best event possible for our loved ones.

There will be transportation for our hotel guests only. There will be a bus outside of the Valley hotel at 12:00pm. If you are staying at a different hotel near by please make arrangements to be at the Valley hotel at the valley hotel if you wish to take the bus. The buses will depart the hotel promptly at 1:00pm. After the ceremony the buses will take hotel guests from the church to the reception. Buses will be available throughout the reception to take hotel guests back to the hotel. The buses will take all remaining hotel guest back to the hotel at 7:00pm. We encourage guests who live in town to drive your own vehicles, Uber, or taxi to the ceremony and reception. We stress that we will only have enough seats on the bus transportation for our out of town hotel guests only.

Unfortunately, our venue has limited space, so we simply can’t allow for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore indicated by invitation only as well as on the RSVP page on our website. Thank you so much for understanding!
