Skyelar and Samuel met at Annie’s paramount steak house in October of 2016. By that New Years Eve, they became “friends”. From this point on, they became everything to each other. If you ask Sam, he will tell you by that New Years Eve, he knew one day he would make Skyelar his wife. We all know the story, Sam chased Skyelar for awhile. (sorry Sam). After all, the truth is Skyelar fell in love with Sam that same January. Samuel and Skyelar continued to work together at Annie’s for many years with some of their favorite people. Samuel and Skyelar spend most of their time by the water with their family and friends along The Eastern Shore. In the summer of 2020, Samuel bought his first house in Chestertown, MD. That following fall, Samuel and Skyelar bought their first baby together, Mr. Pretzel. Samuel and Skyelar both believe that their love grows stronger every day and God truly knew they needed each other. They both believe that as long as they have each other, they can conquer anything in this lifetime together. Home isn’t always a place- but in fact it is a person.
