Keaton and I met during our freshman year of high school and remained friends throughout our high school years. After graduation, we lost touch until one night when I drove to Martin to hang out with some friends. Keaton happened to be at the same gathering, and we immediately reconnected. We drove around Martin that night, enjoying each other's company. As Keaton was getting out of the car, my friends rolled down the window and exclaimed, Keaton, Skylar thinks you're hot! From that night on, we began talking every day, and the rest is history. After ten months of “talking” and going on numerous dates, he finally asked me to be his girlfriend at a charming spot by the lake. Four years later, he proposed to me in that very same spot. We now have two beloved dogs and a lot of love for each other.
