Can I have my phone out at the ceremony?

We ask that you please DO NOT have your phone out for photos at the ceremony, please let our photographers do what they are here to do!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 12th, 2024.

How Do I RSVP?

You can RSVP right here on our website! Type in your name, and other guests associated with you should pop up as well. (i.e. if you are RSVPing for you and your significant other) If you have questions please contact Skylar.

What if I didn't RSVP?

If you realize that you did not RSVP and plan to attend but it is after April 12th 2024, please reach out to Skylar ASAP if she hasn't contacted you already.

Do I need to RSVP even if I can't make it?

YES! Please RSVP that you will not be able to make it.

Are there rooms reserved if I need somewhere to stay for the night?

Yes! We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our out of town guests. Please check out the "travel" tab which will have a link for you to book a room at a discounted rate at Aloft Hotel in Newport. This hotel is within walking distance to the reception venue. Rooms need to be booked no later than 4/17/2024.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to strict numbers required by the venue, we ask that you please do not bring a plus one unless they are listed on our website as associated with you when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

We LOVE your kiddos, however we have decided to make this event adults only! We hope you are able to find a babysitter and can enjoy a night out :)

What is the attire for this event?

We would love for you to dress up with us! We ask that you dress formally, please no t shirts, jeans or tennis shoes.

Where do I park?

There will be parking available at the ceremony site, as well as at the reception venue. Parking at the reception venue will be in a public lot across the street, that will cost $5. If you reserved a hotel room within our reserved block, the reception venue is within walking distance of Aloft Hotel.

Will there be a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception?

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour held at the reception venue with appetizers and drinks served. Please enjoy drinks while the wedding party takes photos.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

There will be an open bar! Please drink responsibly :)

Will there be vegetarian-friendly food?

Yes! Our buffet dinner will have vegetarian entree options as well as meat entree options.
