Can I Take Photos & Videos During The Ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!

Where Should I Stay?

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of accommodations under our travel tab with links provided for each location. You do not have to choose ones we provide, but we hope it helps in your search.

Is There A Dress Code?

Semi-Formal- polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, think cocktail midi dresses, skirt and blouse, nice pantsuit or maxi dress, and for men, suits or dress shirts and ties optional. Aim for a refined look that's comfortable for celebrating!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the cocktail hour start time to find parking and your seat.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

What If I Didn’t RSVP In Time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What If I Can’t Make It?

Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes," but find that you will not be able to make it please notify the bride at (219) 798-6305

Are Children Allowed?

Even though we love your little humans, this is an adults only wedding unless they are apart of our wedding party. Please take this opportunity for an afternoon of kid free time and find a babysitter. We appreciate your understanding.

When Should I RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is May 17th, 2027.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors behind the reception barn, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the barn. Guests will walk to the ceremony and reception barn on paved pathways. Although our reception will not be air conditioned, there will be multiple fans circulating air to ensure our guests will be comfortable.

Will there be an Open Bar?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Where Should We Bring/Send Wedding Gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1935 Clark St. Whiting IN, 46394. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony & reception?

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place throughout the venue property between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
