Skylar and Joseph met in Washington, DC during the summer of 2022. Their first date at Vin Sur Vingt Wine Bar sparked an immediate connection.

Over the past several years, they have enjoyed memorable trips to Jackson Hole, Italy, and Sonoma. Joseph also welcomed Skylar’s Maltese, Cece, into his life, and she quickly became an important part of their family. Along the way, Skylar even embraced Joseph’s love for Baltimore sports. Together, they share a passion for hiking, skiing, golf, travel, and exploring new restaurants and museums.

On May 3, 2024, Joseph proposed to Skylar at Dumbarton Oaks Gardens in Georgetown, followed by a weekend celebration in Middleburg, Virginia.

Skylar and Joseph are excited to embark on their next chapter and celebrate their wedding day surrounded by family and friends.
