WEDDING TIMELINE
5pm to 5:30pm - Wedding Ceremony
5:30pm to 7pm - Cocktail Hour
7pm to 11:30pm - Wedding Reception
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?
Yes! We blocked off rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Mount Olive, NJ. There are only 30 rooms that have been blocked. If you do not get a room under our hotel block then you must book a room at their regular fees. Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?
Yes!!! We have 2 busses for transportation to accommodate our guests for the day of the wedding. The busses that will be taking guests to the venue will be departing the hotel at 4 pm sharp. Please be ready and down in the lobby by 3:50pm to get on the bus. After the wedding the busses will be departing the venue to go back to the hotel at 11:30 pm.
If you miss the busses, unfortunately you will have to drive or uber over to the venue.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
You should arrive to the wedding ceremony no later then 4:40pm. If you are staying at the hotel there will be two busses that will pick up guest at 3:40 and will leave the hotel at 4pm to get to our wedding venue by 4:30pm.
Will the ceremony and the reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony WILL be taking place outside and the reception will be held inside. The ceremony space does not have shade, please dress appropriately in case it’s a hot day.
Is there a wedding dress code?
We ask that everyone wears formal attire.
*Brides request - No white dresses from guests*
Am I allowed to take photo's/video's during the wedding ceremony?
No! We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photo's/video's during the ceremony and just enjoy the moment. We would like an unplugged ceremony.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
You may only bring a plus one if they are included on your invitation. Anyone who shows up that was not invited will be escorted out of the venue.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
You may only bring your children if they are included on your invitation. If they are not included, we are sorry but the children that we included are either family or they played a major role in our lives.
Will guest be required to make their food selections at the time they RSVP?
Yes, we kindly request that you make your dinner selections at the time you RSVP. We need to report the numbers to our venue.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes!! There will be alternatives for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
