Venue

- Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Springwater Lakes Estate, about 30 minutes outside Portland.

- Our ceremony will be held outside while our reception will be held primarily inside.

- The venue features almost 20 acres of grassy fields, ponds, and gravel paths. We are looking forward to sharing its beauty with you!

- The venue has two restrooms on site.

Dress Code

- We are having both an indoor and outdoor wedding in the middle of August. You will be walking on gravel paths that you will be taking to and from the ceremony to the reception site so please be mindful of the shoes you wear. We want you to note that this is a semi-formal occasion, but we also want you to feel comfortable while with us.

Food

- Both gluten free & vegan options will be available. Please let us know your dietary restrictions for the wedding so that we can give our caterers an idea of how much food to create in advance.

Save The Dates

- We recognize that some may not be able to attend the wedding and we want to assure you that it's okay. We sent a save the date as it has a link to our website. On our website, we plan to have a live link so that you can watch the wedding ceremony and (possibly) reception from wherever you may be. We also hope to upload pictures from our special day later to look back on.

RSVPs

- You can utilize our wedding website to RSVP. Please RSVP no later than July 1st, as we need a list for both ourselves and for our caterers. If you have not RSVP'd by this time, we may mark you as not attending.

- If you have a significant other or a particular plus one that didn't appear on your RSVP, please let us know so that we can try to accommodate. Do not just have them show up, as we have a maximum number of people that we can have attend our wedding and we personally need to see that we are not over capacity per our venue agreement with our hosts.
