To ensure you have enough time to catch the shuttle, please arrive by 5:15 PM. Valet parking will be available at the clubhouse entrance, where the shuttles will depart to take you directly to the ceremony location on the golf course. The ceremony will begin at approximately 5:45 PM.

When you arrive at the clubhouse, you’ll take a short shuttle ride to the ceremony location on the golf course. The ceremony will be outdoors, and please note that part of the walk to the seating area will be on grass. For anyone who needs assistance, we’ll have golf carts available to make the walk easier. After the ceremony, we’ll shuttle back to the clubhouse where the rest of the evening will unfold with cocktail hour, dinner, and plenty of dancing to keep the celebration going!

Spring colors are encouraged, but absolutely not required! Please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. Just a heads-up, the ceremony will be outdoors in Oklahoma, so the weather can be a bit unpredictable—it might be chilly or warm, so we recommend checking the forecast ahead of time and dressing accordingly. We want you to be comfortable while celebrating with us!

Hotel recommendations can be found on the following page, but feel free to stay wherever you’d like! Downtown Tulsa is just 15 minutes from the venue, a quick Uber ride away. If you’d prefer something closer, there’s a hotel right down the street from the venue for your convenience. Be sure to check out the next tab for some fun recommendations around Tulsa.
