Will food and drinks be provided at the Welcome Party?
We will be providing food or drinks at the Welcome Party! If you have anything specific/special you'd like to drink/eat feel free to bring it as well!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Please arrive at least 15 minutes and no more than 30 minutes before to take your seats and enjoy the view!
Am I allowed to take photos at the ceremony?
We invite you to be truly present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion. We have two amazing photographers that will be capturing this moment and we will be happy to share those professional photos with you after the wedding!
Will the wedding be indoors or ourdoors?
Both! The ceremony will be outdoors but covered and the reception will be held in the building which has sliding glass doors that allow for an inside/outside vibe.
What type of food will be served?
Cocktail hour and dinner will be inspired by traditional Spanish cuisine. There will be vegetarian and gluten free options. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
ABSOLUTELY!
Will there be an after party?
In true Chilean fashion, we plan on celebrating until the sun comes up (or as close to that as we can get in a small mountain town). We will be walking down to the Wheel Bar in town after the wedding to continue the festivities. The tab during this portion of the evening will not be covered but drinks at this bar are very reasonable. We do not have a designated rented space but there is plenty of room for everyone to have a great time! Wheel Bar closes at 2 am.
Accesibility
This venue is on a hill and is stair heavy; however, there is an elevator inside.
Lodging
Is there a room block?
There is no room block code at any of the recommended lodging options. We recommend staying at Fall River Village or as close to it as possible since we will not be providing transportation at the end of the night.
Transportation
How far is Estes Park from Denver?
Estes Park is an hour and a half from the Denver International Airport.
How do I get to Estes Park?
We recommend renting a car for guests who are travelling to celebrate with us given how difficult it is to move throughout the town without a car. We also highly encourage our guests to explore Colorado and all it has to offer! For a list of recommended activities, don't hesitate to reach out to us! Colorado has something for everybody from city to mountain activities. :) If renting a car is not a feasible option, there is a shuttle that will take you straight from DIA to Estes Park. The link to it can be found here: https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/DIA-airport-shuttle.
Are there ride share options in Estes Park?
There are no ride share options in Estes Park so please be mindful of this when you are thinking about where to stay, alcohol consumption at the venue, etc. Estes Park is a very small town and the police are extremely vigilant especially when there is an event and it is late at night.
Is there parking?
There is not designated parking for guests at this venue for this event. We recommend staying within walking distance.

June is one of the most beautiful months in Colorado. The average high in Estes Park around this time of year is 73 while the average low is about 45.
