Our story begins almost 10 years ago. We met back in June of 2015; we were set up by a mutual friend, and after about a month or so of texting, we decided to meet up at the mall one day. I had just graduated from high school and was looking forward to starting college, and Tristan had just wrapped up his freshman year at OSU. It wasnt easy getting together in person; when Tristan first saw my photo pop up on his friends social media, he asked for my number, to which his friend replied, I dont think shes going to talk to you, to which Tristan replied, I like a challenge. Well, I gave him a challenge. Fast-forward after about a month of being stubborn, I finally agreed to meet up with him. Neither of us really believed in love at first sight, but we knew immediately that something was different between us. There was an instant connection. We were inseparable from then on. We spent the entire summer together, trying new restaurants, meeting each others friends and family, and, most importantly, getting to know each other. Some may say, you two were so young then, what could you have known? The truth is, we didnt. We were very young, we learned and grew together; despite it all, we knew that we were meant to be together. We grew up together - literally & figuratively; we went through college together, moving out for the first time and into our own place, me going through graduate school, buying a house, and now, getting married! We are truly each others best friends and soul mates, and we couldnt imagine our lives without each other. Although we feel like we have gone through a lot within the last 9 years, we are so excited to see what the future holds for us and all of the experiences life will throw our way.


We are so excited for this new chapter in our lives! We have waited so long to get to this point and are truly blessed to have the most amazing family and friends by our side through this experience. We cannot wait to finally call each other husband and wife. Here is to the rest of our lives and the beginning of this chapter!
