The ceremony will begin at 2 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking, seating and to enjoy the prelude music. The ceremony is in a beautiful rural area and may be difficult to find.

There is parking at the the church and reception venue but we highly recommend carpooling with friends or family as there are limited spaces. We will also have buses to and from the hotel and ceremony, please check under the Transportation & Accommodations tab for more information. The buses will leave the Courtyard Coatesville promptly at 1:15 PM to go to the ceremony. From here they will take you to the reception space and back to the hotel at the end of our reception.

While we would love to see all the little ones, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception adult-only event (the only exceptions will be contacted by the couple directly). We hope you understand and take the opportunity to enjoy a night off with us!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. If you received a plus one, it will be stated on your invitation or will appear under your name when you RSVP.

The dress code is cocktail attire. Think colorful summer garden party but dress comfortable enough to dance and eat the night away!

Of course! If you know us, there will always be plenty of drinks! Please drink responsibly and take advantage of our transportation or coordinate with family or friends. Cars can be left onsite until 9 AM the next morning.

You will be SO missed but we understand things come up. If you are aware you will not be able to join prior to your invitation arriving, please contact Sofí and let her know. If you have already received the invitation, please RSVP "No." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Sofi at 302-438-8566.

Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have a professional that will be taking lovely pictures which we will share with all afterwards. Please keep in mind we will be in a church so we kindly request to also place your phones on silent or do not disturb. After the ceremony, please feel free to take them out for all the selfies, pictures and videos!
