Nate cut his finger and busted his pinky toe that night, Sofie decided to match Nate (not true -Sofie) and we got lost trying to get back to the hotel.

Sante Fe was always on Sofies bucket list, so when Nate moved to Albuquerque, he made sure to make it happen! On this trip, Nate insinuated he loved Sofie, and Sofie proved she can hike despite her bum knee (they hiked 10 miles with a 2,000 ft elevation gain- she rocked it).

Sofie got to see Nate's billy goat skills and they braved the crazy Sedona traffic. Ask Sofie about this trip. Be warned, she will cry tears of joy. She is always so much fun :)

I knew in a couple days I would ask her to marry me. I still get lost in her eyes.. Beth and Terri however, were gagging and teasing us about our googly eyes for one another!

We began our world traveling journey together by getting engaged in Grand Cayman! Nate did an amazing job planning and surprising Sofie (which is very impressive because she can be particularly nosey). We ended the week snorkeling and swimming with stingrays and turtles!

Since meeting, Nate has moved 3 separate times, and Sofie has moved twice. Having much in storage, it has allowed us to be grateful to be home together and to enjoy cooking. We're always trying out a new recipe!
