Our story began at Harris dining hall in Oxford, Ohio after being introduced by mutual friend and groomsman Jon Francis. That following summer, while back in Toledo we made it official and haven’t looked back since.

Following graduation from Miami University, Sofie moved to Columbus and Colin moved to Boston but our relationship continued to prosper from a distance. In 2019 we were reunited in Chicago, a city we called home for four years while achieving meaningful milestones; getting engaged, moving in together and adding Oshie to the family!

More recently we embarked on our biggest adventure yet by moving across the country to Denver. While we certainly miss our life, friends and family in the Midwest, living out west has offered us an opportunity to forge our next chapter together.

We are SO excited and grateful for the upcoming opportunity to be joined by friends & family in Toronto to celebrate our marriage! After ten years, we will officially become Miami Mergers.
