When we got married on October 16, 1999, Katie already knew she’d want to do a vows renewal at some point down the line, so we could include all the people who couldn’t attend the first time around - either because they weren’t available, or because we hadn’t met them yet.

When Solara announced her transition on January 30, 2022, a repeat ceremony became an even better idea.
