We began our journey as friends, stepping into identical roles at a new job in Austin, Texas. From the outset, we traveled and trained side by side, forging a deep and swift friendship. For two wonderful years, our bond was purely platonic. We navigated heartbreaks, celebrated birthdays, and shared countless nights of laughter and memories. We leaned on each other through everything, always cheering for each other's happiness.

By November of 2022, both of us were single and undeniably in love, though neither dared to say it out loud. Yet, our feelings only blossomed, becoming impossible to ignore. One evening, over a casual beer at The Cavalier Bar on Austin's East Side, we confessed our love for each other, and in that magical moment, we effortlessly transitioned from cherished friends to lovers!
