Though we will be providing some beverages (see below), there will also be a bar service. PLEASE BRING CASH if necessary as credit cards will not be accepted by the bar service and there is no ATM onsite.
We are providing a keg of beer and a limited amount of wine.
We are also providing water, Sunny D, iced tea, and soft drinks.
Food options for those with gluten and dairy restrictions will be provided. With that being said, guests should provide for their individual dietary needs if necessary.
Due to the size of the location and parking, please arrive by 3:30pm. There will be a trolley that transports guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. Because the trolley will be disinfected after each group of people transported, please allow extra time if necessary. You may walk rather than ride the trolley if you choose.
Yes; also, there is onsite parking with a trolley that transports guests to the ceremony site. Please see question above for additional information on this.
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests specified on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!
We'd love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by June 21st, 2020 using this website.
This is an outdoor wedding. July in Minnesota can be very hot and humid or cool in the evenings, so please keep this in mind as we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. This being said, below are guidelines for attire.
For the Ladies
A summer sundress is appropriate. Wedges or dressy sandals are perfect footwear for a casual wedding, but sneakers are not. Pointy heels are not desirable as the ceremony is on grass. Jeans, shorts, and tank tops are not appropriate.
For the Men
Wear dress pants or khaki pants with a collared shirt, such as a button down shirt or a polo shirt. You can add a tie or sport jacket if you'd like, but it's not required. If it's chilly, feel free to add a sweater, as well. Steer clear of any t-shirts or tennis shoes. Jeans, shorts, and tank tops are not appropriate.
BWB Ranch is on a very large piece of property and the owner has a faithful German Shepherd named Dozer to keep her company. Dozer follows Julia wherever she goes and will be present on the grounds during our wedding. He loves when there is a party on the ranch and loves kids!
