How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP for the reception online via RSVP section of our wedding website. If you are unable to attend please RSVP as not attending.
When do I have to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by June 1, 2025. If you have any issues please contact Sharwan or Sonya.
Is there a gift registry?
We kindly ask for no boxed gifts. If you wish we have a wedding registry at https://www.theknot.com/sonyaandsharwan/registry
Monetary gifts are preferred.
Are room blocks availalbe?
Yes, we have a hotel block at The Country Inn and Suites in Brooklyn Center, MN from August 28, 2025 to September 1, 2025. Please book rooms 30 days before the event to ensure discounted pricing. Find more information on the travel section of the website.
What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?
Attire will be formal, preferably black-tie optional or South Asian attire like lehengas, sarees, kurtas, etc.
Is there free parking available?
For both the Hindu wedding ceremony at MHDS Vishnu Mandir and the wedding reception at Nicollet Island Pavillion, there is free on-site parking.
Are the venues handicap accessible?
Yes, both MHDS Vishnu Mandir and Nicollet Island Pavillion are handicap accessible.
