Q + A

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invite and RSVP details. Thanks so much for understanding!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of siblings of the bride and groom, and children that are apart of the wedding. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by September 17, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. If no RSVP is received by this date, we will be marking you as a no, and you will be missed!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP no so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors! Please do this before September 17, 2025 when RSVP are due.

IS THERE PARKING?

The venue does have a parking lot, but with only 90 parking spots. We are strongly encouraging all to use ride share, and leave the parking area for the wedding parties, and family. Keep in mind the venue is in downtown Fort Worth and drop off and pick up will be easy. We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We’re asking guests to follow a semi-formal dress code—think cocktail attire. No jeans, please! We’d love for everyone to get a little dressed up and celebrate with us in style. We kindly ask that you wear all black if possible—it’ll make for a stunning and cohesive look as we celebrate together. While we encourage black attire, please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, red, or anything too revealing.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will be starting at 4:00pm sharp. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving by 3:45pm to ensure finding a seat before it starts! However, please refrain from arriving to the venue prior to 3:30pm.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We have hired an amazing photographer and vidoegrapher, and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished! You will be reminded of this prior to the start of the ceremony too.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

We will have a full open bar with a lot of different drinks to choose from. This includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, so everyone is able to find something they'll enjoy. The cost of the bar is covered for everyone, but it is important to us that we acknowledge and appreciate our bartenders' work. So, please consider tipping them!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night! This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability or book!
