We first met at Chipotle in Anaheim Hills in April of 2015 - Soph first caught Loren's eye clocking into her third shift. That first interaction, and many chats about dinos and improv, sparked an almost instant connection between us, leading us to quickly become best friends for the better half of a year. Fast forward to January 2016, we met for frozen yogurt and Loren decided here was where he wanted to shoot his shot at making things official with Soph.

From there, we two continued to grow our friendship and budding relationship to new heights and quickly fell in love (though we both probably were well on our way to this prior to January). Our journey has been anything but simple, but through trials and growth both as individuals and as a couple we've truly been able to create a bond unlike anything either of us has ever experienced before.

On July 2, 2022 we headed out on what Soph thought was just another date night at the park. Little did she know, Loren had been sitting on an engagement ring for nearly 6 months and planned to purpose to Soph that night. We then made our way to Pieology, one of our favorite spots and one of the first spots we had ever gone out to as friends, and picked up our pizzas. From there, we headed to Hillcrest Park, another one of our favorite spots, and ate our pizza as we waited for the sun to set. As we finished eating, Lo walked Soph to the edge of the two-level park and popped the question she'd been waiting on for years...we now find ourselves more in love than we ever thought possible and can't wait to get married in 2024!

We both know that we wouldn't be nearly the couple we are today without each and every one of you reading this - along our journey you've played some role in helping us get here today. We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding next April!
