The boy from California, and the girl from Maine. Sounds like the beginning of a cheesy romcom, doesn't it? But this is no movie, it's the story of Sophia and Wesley.

Wesley moved across the country from California to Pennsylvania in December of 2021. About 3 weeks after relocating he had a job interview, on his birthday, at The Cheesecake Factory in Willow Grove. He accepted the position since they were the first to offer him employment, even though he was apprehensive since he had never worked in a restaurant before.

Around the same time, Sophia was working on making a big move states away as well. Her plan was to start the new year, 2022, with a move to Florida and work for Walt Disney World again. Within the week before she left Maine to drive to Florida, her plan fell apart in front of her eyes, and her sights settled on moving back to Pennsylvania. She had contacted The Cheesecake Factory in Willow Grove to see if she would be able to work there again, and they welcomed her back.

On February 9th, 2022, Wesley had clocked in for a shift that would change the trajectory of his life. Sophia was a little nervous for her first shift back, although excited to start a new chapter. Wesley was just going about his business when out of the corner of his eye, some new girl caught his attention. Sophia was walking up to her station and as soon as she saw the man standing in front of her, she was stunned into a loss for words.

And the rest, as they say, is history.
