Blake and Sophia first met when they were paired as dance partners for Greek Sing at Penn State University (yes, the most stereotypical fraternity and sorority meet-cute). A friendship was sparked, and that friendship remained for two long years before Blake finally made a move and asked Sophia out.

Their relationship continued to grow through Frat Formal Fridays, graduations, a sprinkle of long distance, and even a global pandemic. By the time 2021 rolled around, Blake swept Sophia off to Colorado Springs, CO, and Sophia, in return, bought-and named- the first of many plants for their new home. (Spoiler: Blake killed one of them. The other is going strong!)

As Blake's work took him across the world, Sophia decided she would start joining in on the travel fun too. After the work was done, Blake and Sophia decided to see some more of the world, which led them to the Cliffs of Moher on October 25, 2023.

What started as an incredibly foggy day (initially thwarting Blake's proposal plan), turned into the Best Day Ever, as the fog lifted and Blake got down on one knee to ask the question Sophia had been bugging him about for weeks. Which brings us to now, when the happy couple finally plan to say "I Do!" two years to the day.
