If your invitation was addressed just to you, then yes — you’re welcome to bring a guest! If your invitation was addressed to you and another person (like “Sophie Carter and Sean Murphy”), then the invitation is just for the two of you. We can’t wait to celebrate with each of you, and appreciate you helping us keep things cozy and intentional!

Yes! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration (and the food). If you have any dietary needs whether you're gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or have allergies or sensitivities please let us know when you RSVP. We'll make sure you're taken care of with a delicious and safe meal.

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring two signature cocktails, along with a curated selection of wines and beers. If you’d prefer something else, the bar will also have additional drink options available for purchase.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors — so bundle up and bring something cozy just in case! We’ll have blankets and heaters available to keep everyone toasty. The reception will be indoors where it’s nice and warm.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Aspen Lake Golf Course located in Sisters, Oregon.

For the meet & greet, we’ll be offering a selection of hors d’oeuvres and light bites in place of a full dinner. We’re excited to see everyone and share a relaxed evening together before the big day!

The Meet & Greet falls on Bend’s First Friday event, so downtown will be busier than usual and parking may be limited. Please plan extra time for parking or consider carpooling. If you want to explore First Friday before the event, feel free, there will be art, shops, music, and food happening downtown!

The shuttle will pick up in front of the SpringHill Suites hotel. Pickup begins at 1:30 PM Shuttle departs at 2:00 PM sharp Please plan to arrive a little early so you don’t miss it! Important: Do not park in the hotel parking lot unless you are a registered hotel guest — they do monitor parking. All other guests should park in the Sony parking lot right next door for free, with no risk of getting ticketed or towed.
