Transportation to and from Your Respective Stays


For those staying in hotels:
Hotel transportation is fairly straightforward. We’ll have buses running back and forth on Friday and Saturday between the venue and your hotels. We’re arranging pickup times, likely opting for a single pickup time as we’re spread across multiple hotels, but this is still being finalized. More details will be shared soon.


For those choosing to stay in an Airbnb:


Central Pickup Location: We’re exploring the option of a central pickup location in Amboise AND Nazelle. Both are accessible, walkable towns, and we may be able to arrange a spot for Airbnb guests to join those on the hotel buses.


Taxi Service: If you have a larger group (eight or more) staying together, please let us know, and we’ll arrange a taxi service pickup to get you to the venue.


Uber or Taxi Service: For those preferring flexibility, there are Uber and taxi options in Amboise, a popular tourist town next to Nassau. We’ve confirmed with the chateau that transportation has never been an issue in this area.


We’ll be asking everyone to share where they’re staying in the coming months to ensure we have all transportation needs covered. If you need any extra help with arrangements or navigating the language barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
