Do I need a passport?

YES! All guests are required to have a passport to enter Mexico. Since this is an international trip, you do need a valid passport AT LEAST 6+ MONTHS PAST YOUR TRAVEL DATES. If you have a passport already, be sure to check the expiration date. Processing times for passport applications and renewals can take up to a few months, so don't wait! Renew/Apply ASAP.

What is the dress code?

Beach Semi-Formal! No jeans please! Special Request from the bride; please refrain from wearing solid blue (reserved for the Something Blue to the bride).

How and when will I book my travel?

We have a dedicated travel agent arranged for you, to answer any questions you may have. Please contact Lori Roberts-Paiement at travelenvy.lori@gmail.com.

Do I have to book through the travel agent?

We have decided to work with Lori to help make the booking process more smooth and encompassing. If you would prefer to book direct, you are more than welcome to do so. A major benefit to booking with Lori, however, is you are able to place a deposit and pay the remainder off throughout this year.

Is traveling to Mexico safe?

The Riviera Maya region heavily relies on tourism, and thus they take your safety very importantly. The resorts have secure entrances, and security on site. Both Tyler & Sophie have traveled to Mexico a combined 7 times, and have never felt unsafe. Similarly to anywhere in the United States, you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use your common sense, and you won't have any issues.

Is the wedding at a resort?

No! We chose a private off-resort venue called Blue Venado. There is no need to worry about transportation as it will be prearranged for the day of the wedding, for all guests.
