While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The reception venue will close at 12am, after if wanted guest can join the couple in down town Carlsbad.

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Carlsbad Windmill.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while cocktail hour will be held outside. Unless weather changes.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Parking is free at the venue and cars can be left overnight.

We are having an “unplugged ceremony”(no phones or cameras out). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Please RSVP by October 7th 2025 so that way the vendors have the correct count before the big day! If you cant make it, you will be missed, but please still RSVP by the above date.
