Our wedding colors are greens, blacks, and burnt orange if you would like to wear those colors we gladly welcome you to, as it makes for great pictures! We are going for “cowboy cocktail”, Men: Boots, Jeans and a button up, Women: dresses (get as fancy as you would like) jeans and a blouse, boots or shoes but if you are most comfortable in something else feel free to wear what you like! *Please do not wear white that is all we ask.

We are getting married at the McKee families Mt Deception Ranch. This property does belong to the family so we ask for everyone to be as respectful to the ground as possible and leave it how you arrived! The majority of the wedding will be held outdoors so you will be walking and dancing in dirt, gravel and concrete so be sure to bring your best shoes! The dinner and dancing will be under tents and the garage all depending on the weather.

For the guests who would like to camp please reach out to Bryce or Sophia for more details! We are happy for any of our friends or family to camp the night of the wedding. Guests will be responsible for their own set up. There will be an area designated for camping since the parking is limited. We are also near national forest if you would like to camp elsewhere nearby! Incase anyone cant make it home that night please be prepared and set up before the day of the wedding.

We will be providing beer, wine and twisted teas. The is no bartender so grab as much as you need but please be responsible! There will be ice bins with alcohol around the property. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol or mixers as well but please be responsible! We will be hosting a “stock the bar” party prior to the wedding if you don’t want to carry it with you on our big day!

We will specify in everyone’s invite exactly who we will be inviting to our wedding. If your name is not on the invitation we unfortunately will not be making accommodations. If for any reason you cannot attend without your children etc. we will miss you dearly!

The property has limited driving access so we ask for as many of our guests to carpool as possible. There will be designated parking areas that we will shuttle guests to and from but still has limited space.. we will update this once we have decided the best location for everyone to park. Being located in the mountains there will be some hills to walk up (less that half a mile) for the guests that may park up near the house for camping only. *If any of our guests are disabled or need any accommodation please reach out to us so we can help you further!

The property only has one restroom so we ask that most guest please use the provided port a potty’s! Anyone who cannot use the port a potty’s can use the bathroom inside.

Please be sure of how you will get home the night of the wedding since there are no ubers or lyfts or lodging nearby. Guests who would like to camp the night of the wedding please see our camping Q & A!

We will be having fire oven pizza: Pepperoni Pizza - Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, Fresh Parsley, Parmesan and Garlic Oil. Sweet & Spice Pizza - Spicy Sauce, Parmesan/Romano Blend, Calabrese, Salami, Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Fermented Chili Honey, Fresh Basil. Pizza De Bruschetta- Herbed Garlic Truffle Oil, Mozzarella, Sliced Roma Tomatoes, Whipped Ricotta, Balsamic Glaze and Fresh Basil. We will also have salad, mac cheese, appetizer dips and dessert!
