Our ceremony will be held at 5:30 pm at the Mayo Hotel in the Grand Hall. The Grand Hall can be found directly through the lobby entrance. We politely ask that guests arrive by 5:10 to ensure everyone has time to be seated. We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from taking photos on your personal devices and allow our vendors to work their magic!

The attire is formal. We suggest long dresses for women and a suit and tie for men.

Our wedding is an adult only event. As much as we would love to have everyone celebrate our wedding day with us, we are only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation.

We encourage our guests to utilize ride share such as Uber or Lyft as we are getting married in Downtown Tulsa where parking is limited. However, for guests who wish to bring their vehicles, the Mayo offers valet for $5 during the event or $30 for overnight hotel guests. There is limited free street parking in the surrounding downtown area, but please note we cannot guarantee how many spots will be available. We encourage you to arrive with extra time for parking.
