Suggested Booking Timeline
We suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible. This information will be provided on the Travel page of this website. We have been informed by the hotels that due to the demand, room prices will increase over the coming months.
Alternative Lodging
There are many beautiful AirBnBs/VRBOs available if you prefer! We still recommend you book these as early as possible as we anticipate these will also sell out ahead of the graduation.
Will there be shuttles to the venue?
Yes! We will provide shuttles to and from Cornerstone Gardens. Shuttle pick up and drop off will be at the Sheraton Hotel in Petaluma.
There will be two shuttle times leaving the venue at the end of the evening: 9:30 PM & 11 PM
I plan to stay in a different hotel/AirBnb/VRBO. How can I get to the venue?
Guests choosing not to stay at the Sheraton may still use the shuttles. You can leave your car in the Sheraton parking lot for the duration of the festivities for free. Guests not staying at the hotel cannot leave their car over night. Ubers and Lyfts can usually be found in Petaluma to get to and from the Sheraton.
Can I take an Uber?
It is not recommended to rely on ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft in the Sonoma area. However, you can get an Uber/Lyft in Petaluma, where many of the hotel options are located. There are taxi services in the Sonoma area but it is not recommended to rely on those either. If you do not want to take the provided shuttles to the venue you could likely get to the venue via a ride share app, but we suggest a backup plan to return to your lodging after the event. You are welcome to take the provided shuttle at the end of the evening and try for an Uber/Lyft from the Sheraton in Petaluma as well.
How's traffic to the venue?
Traffic in this area can get very backed up due to it being mostly two lane roads. Please check and leave extra time so you arrive on time.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking at Cornerstone Gardens, and if necessary guests can leave their cars overnight.
Will my children be invited?
While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Please see the below information on childcare options. If you are staying in a hotel they can also help you coordinate!
