Our story began in 2013 at a party at the Biltmore Hotel, where a good friend (thank you, Jordan!) introduced us. We snapped a photo together that night — a simple moment that ended up changing both of our lives.

After a few dates (and many late-night FaceTimes), Ralphy asked Sophia to be his girlfriend — right in the middle of Fast and Furious 6 at Sunset Place. From there, we were pretty much inseparable: Sophia was a Lourdes/Columbus cheerleader, Ralphy was a Columbus football player, and somehow between Friday night games, cheer competitions, high school parties, and a several math tutoring sessions, we made a million memories together.

We grew up side by side — through high school, college at Florida State University, and into the next chapters of our lives. We've celebrated birthdays, graduations, and new beginnings, and shared so many memories with some of our oldest friends — and some great new ones too.

On May 31, 2024 — eleven years after that movie date — we got engaged during a sunset boat ride in the Keys, at a place that has always felt like home. (There may have been a last-minute Bass Pro Shops outfit involved, but that’s a story for another day!)

We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you — the family and friends who have made our story so special.
