In a twist of fate back in March 2010, a university encounter straight out of a rom-com unfolded. Picture this: Andrew, aka Archer, stoically manning the security post, while I was knee-deep in event planning at our university in Ashland, OR. Despite my bashfulness, his smile was like a magnetic force. Cue the giggles, the awkward-yet-charming chats, and banter that lasted until the wee hours. And just like that, we became an unstoppable duo! From people-watching at Churchill Hall to gaming marathons, gorging on meats and cheeses, and leisurely strolls in Garfield Park - we did it all. Fast forward 14 years, and here we are, Archer and I (Scare Bear), basking in Long Beach's sunny vibes, a slice of SoCal paradise. With our mischievous furry companions, Willowfur and his older brother Starburst, and an awesome crew of friends and family, we're revving up for our big day.
