Will there be food & drink at the Welcome Party?
A cash bar will be available. Please plan on eating dinner before arriving. S'mores will be available for toasting at the fire!
What should I wear to the Welcome Party?
Dressy casual - think sundresses, khakis, nice jeans. Comfortable shoes for cornhole!
Is there shuttle service to the Welcome Party?
No, please plan to drive to and from this event.
What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
Please plan to arrive at 3:00 PM on Saturday.
What time are the shuttles leaving the hotels?
A shuttle will be leaving each hotel at 2:25 PM on Saturday. If you miss the shuttle, overnight parking is available at the venue. Shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:15 PM.
Is there an open bar?
The bar will be open through dinner. Please bring cards/cash for any drinks that you wish to purchase after that time.
Can I take my own pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share pictures that our photographer takes during the ceremony!
