The room block is closed as of May 7, 2024. If you still need a room, please email Aimee Gallipeau at agallipeau@cpsyracuse.com. They may not be able to honor the discounted block rate anymore, so you will have to pay the standard rate. Right now is is $249/night for the specific wedding weekend. There are other hotels in the area if you’re unable to book a room at the Crowne Plaza. If you are staying at a different hotel and still plan on taking the wedding shuttle, please drive or Uber to the Crowne Plaza.
Wedding Shuttles
We will have a shuttle between the Crowne Plaza and Aster Estates. The shuttle will run to-and-from Skaneateles for the ceremony and following the wedding. Departure time from the Crowne Plaza is 3:00pm.
We HIGHLY recommend taking the shuttle to-and-from Aster Estates. There is very limited parking at the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, you may park at or near the hotel and ride the shuttle. If you stated you are driving on the RSVP, please do not take the shuttle as we have reached capacity.
DO NOT rely on Uber, Taxis, etc.
