Welcome to our Wedding Website! We’re so excited to be getting married and can't wait to celebrate with you. Our wedding will take place at 2pm on Saturday 26th September 2026 at Combermere Abbey, and we're looking forwards to spending the day with our favourite people in such a beautiful place. We’re making a weekend of it and starting the celebrations on Friday 25th September evening, with a BBQ in the gardens at Combermere Abbey to welcome you all. All guests are invited to join, but if you can't make it on Friday evening, we'll be looking forwards to seeing you on the Wedding Day. Please RSVP for both days! You’ll find all the important details across the website, including travel, accommodation and timings. Please RSVP before 30th April, using the RSVP page of the website, to let us know if you can make it to the Wedding Day, Friday's BBQ, and let us know any dietary requirements. We’d love to welcome everyone to Combermere Abbey on Friday evening for a relaxed BBQ to start the weekend. It’s a chance to enjoy the beautiful setting, settle in, and spend some time together ahead of the big day. Everyone is very welcome, but this evening is optional - we appreciate getting there on a Friday won't be easy for some. If you can make it, YAY, we’d love to see you; if not, we’ll look forward to celebrating together on Saturday. TimingsGuests welcome from 5pmFood will be served later in the eveningWe’ll wrap things up at a sensible time so everyone’s well rested for the big day. If you are pre-booking a taxi, we recommend no later than 10pm. Dress CodeSmart casual, relaxed, comfortableBring suitable footwear for garden games or to explore. Food &amp; DrinkThe BBQ will be catered by the venue, please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP for food across the whole weekend. We’re hoping to make the most of the outdoors if the weather allows, but whatever the weather, we have lovely plans in place. Please remember to RSVP whether you’ll be joining us for the BBQ on Friday by 30th April, and let us know any dietary requirements.

We’re looking forward to celebrating our big day with you! Dress Code: Formal Ladies - Think elegant and comfortable, with colour encouraged.Men - Think suit and tie. The grounds are all paved, although we suggest footwear suitable for grass if you want to explore. As ever, British weather will do what it wants, so a layer is never a bad idea. A Small FavourWe are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony itself. Our photographer will capture everything, so you can sit back and enjoy the moment with us. More than anything, we’re just excited to bring our friends and family together in one beautiful place, to eat, drink, dance, and to celebrate our marriage. Please remember to RSVP by 30th April, and let us know any dietary requirements when you do.

🚘 Arriving by CarCombermere Abbey is set in the countryside but is straightforward to reach by car and well signposted locally.When using Google Maps or other sat nav apps, please search for Combermere Abbey or use the postcode SY13 4AJ which will take you into the main estate. From the south:If you’re travelling from the south, the most direct routes are via the M6 or M54, then onto the A41 towards Whitchurch. From the north:If you’re travelling from the north, the M6 is the closest motorway, followed by the A49 or A41 towards Whitchurch. Once you’re nearby, brown signs for Combermere Abbey will guide you the rest of the way. Enter the estate through the gates at the top of the drive. Drive slowly up to the gates and they will open automatically. Follow the main drive all the way through the estate, this is approximately a 5 minute drive. Continue until you reach the wedding venue car park. There is free on-site parking available for all guests. 🚆 Arriving by TrainThe nearest train station is Whitchurch (Shropshire), approximately 3 miles from Combermere Abbey and a short taxi journey away. The nearest mainline station is Crewe, approximately 17 miles from the venue, with frequent direct services from major cities including London, Manchester and Birmingham. 🚖 Taxi BookingsPlease note: Due to the countryside location of our venue we strongly advise pre-booking taxis. Uber may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure your driver takes you through the front gate of the estate, and then follows the main drive all the way to the venue car park via the postcode SY13 4AJ. It's a 20 minute walk otherwise!
