2018

Sophie and Ryan met living in Couch Dormitory at OU. 2018 marked many firsts: our first date at Chuy's, Sophie's first trip to Waffle House for Ryan's 19th birthday, Ryan's first time to Rocky Horror Picture Show, and many more!

2019

So many great stories and great times from 2019! Sophie met Ryan's family for the first time at Easter, we started sophomore year of college, and learned all about what Oklahoma has to offer.

2020

2020 marked the journey across the pond and into the middle of a pandemic. We can't recommend the weather in Sheffield, England, but we can recommend the people!

2021

2021 we rounded out our junior year and started our senior year. We celebrated anniversaries, won the Red River showdown in a once-in-a-lifetime game, and spent time with amazing friends.

2022

We finished out senior year and began our journey into the real world! Ryan stayed in Oklahoma to continue pursuing medicine and Sophie moved to Dallas to start her first job.

2023

2023 marked the start of med school for Ryan at OSU and a move to Tulsa (though he'll always be a Sooner). We celebrated 5 years of dating in October and made so many new amazing friends! Not to mention ending the year in Italy.

2024

Biggest year yet! Ryan proposed in Estes Park, Colorado and Sophie said yes.

FRIDAY (Rehearsal Dinner for Wedding Party Only): Shuttle from Marriott at 5. FRIDAY (Welcome Reception for Out of Town Guests): Shuttle from the Marriott at 7:30. SATURDAY: Pick up from the Marriot at 5:15 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to make sure you don't miss the shuttle. Those arriving too late will be asked to join us after the ceremony! Shuttles back to the Marriott at the end of the evening. PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to use ride share services (e.g., Lyft, etc.) it may be difficult to get a car leaving the venue at the end of the night. However, there should be no issues getting a ride share from the Marriott at any time. If you ride share from an AirBnB or other location to the venue (which should not be a problem at all), you can take the shuttle at the end of the night to the Marriott and then catch a ride share back to your AirBnB from there. You can try to ride back from Camp Lucy and you might get lucky too! There is plenty of parking on site if you wish to drive. However, we highly encourage hitching a ride if you plan on taking advantage of the open bar!

Shop unique Austin stores, grab some pizza from Homeslice, and grab coffee at Jo's. SoCo is the classic Austin destination to get a taste of the city and enjoy some downtown shops like Allen's Boots!

South Congress Avenue

Take a dip in the spring-fed, always cold Barton Springs pool. Right in the middle of downtown Austin, take a walk through Zilker Park, visit the food trucks, or the original Chuy's after a swim!

The Broken Spoke is an iconic Austin landmark and an all around great time. Visit to try your hand at two step lessons or grab a drink!

Austin is known for it's off the beaten path hiking. Spend time hiking to swimming holes, small waterfalls, or fields of flowers. Parking is along the highway, so look for the cars and join the party!

Barton Creek Greenbelt

Visit Hamilton Pool preserve in Dripping Springs and take a nice hike to one of the best swimming holes in central Texas. Reservations are required, so be sure to book ahead.
