We met over a game of dutch blitz with our best friends at HoneyRock Camp in the Northwoods of Wisconsin! Sophie was just up for a weekend visiting:) Our own rom-com "meet cute".

After many a phone calls, we started long-distance dating 2 months after meeting!

Long distance for 9 months involved many many many FaceTime calls on Tuesdays at 7pm:)

Sophie surprised Walker with a winter visit when he thought she was in STL.

6 Months of dating--celebrated by learning to snowboard at Wilmot "Mountain" in Wisconsin.

Our relationship was formed by many a walks at local wheaton forest preserves (aka the only nature nearby).

Walker graduates with a Masters in Outdoor Adventure & Leadership and decides to move to Wheaton!

Spent the summer with our besties while Walker finished his role as Activity Coordinator and Sophie worked as the camp photographer.
