When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 31st, 2025. This helps us finalize headcounts for food, seating, and logistics. We'll also be arranging a group visa application for guests from the Netherlands — so please don’t miss the deadline!

What should I wear?

Think cocktail or semi-formal — whatever makes you feel fabulous! Dresses, suits, or stylish flair you love are all welcome. We’d love for you to add a Taiwanese or Chinese touch — perhaps a cheongsam-inspired detail, Mandarin collar, or a meaningful accessory. One small note: please avoid wearing red, as it’s traditionally reserved for the bride in Taiwanese culture. Bonus points for cultural creativity and personal flair!

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 17:30 PM, so we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early. That way, you’ll have time to settle in and take some beautiful photos with our photographer before sunset!

What’s the easiest way to get to the wedding venue?

The venue, 1915 荷造り場, is just a short walk from Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall MRT Station. You can also easily call an Uber or taxi—just type the venue name into Google Maps, and it’ll take you right there. Super easy!

I have dietary restrictions

Yes! When you RSVP, you'll be asked to list any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc.). We’ve got you covered!

Can I bring my kids?

We love little ones — but this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax, dance, and maybe say a few things they don’t want tiny ears to hear! Thanks for understanding.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If your invitation includes a guest, we would love to meet them! Otherwise, we’re really sorry but due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those who were officially invited.

Should I worry about the weather?

Both the ceremony and after-party will be held indoors. In March, Taipei’s average temperature ranges from a low of 18°C to a high of 25°C. It’s unlikely to rain, but we recommend checking the weather forecast just in case!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes — there’ll be plenty to toast with! We’ll be serving wine and whiskey during the reception. At the after-party, each guest will have a drink on us — after that, feel free to grab more at the bar. Just a heads-up: the venue charges a bottle-opening fee, so if you’re feeling sneaky and want to BYOB, keep it low-key 😉 婚禮現場我們會提供紅酒和威士忌給大家暢飲。

What day should I arrive in Taipei?

We recommend arriving by March 12 or 13, especially if you're coming from far away. We’ll be organizing a couple of pre-wedding meetups and fun hangouts around the city! A WhatsApp group will be created closer to the date to keep everyone in the loop.

How many days should I stay in Taiwan?

Check out the "Things to Do" page for inspiration! If you’d like to explore Taipei and beyond, we recommend staying around 2 weeks to enjoy everything at a relaxed pace. If you're short on time, 5 days in Taipei is plenty to experience the city’s main highlights. Taiwan is a hidden gem — rich in culture, food, and nature — and we’re sure you’ll love every bit of it!

Will local SIM cards or WiFi be easy to get?

Absolutely! You can grab a Taiwan SIM card right at the airport — it’s quick and affordable (around 700 TWD / €20 for a week). Taipei is super connected — there’s free WiFi at most metro stations, cafes, convenience stores, and both wedding venues.
