Our venue is an outdoor, private event area. The venue is small and it can only hold so much, so please be understanding and respectful of our request to host an intimate, private wedding. Seating during the ceremony will be on log benches, and during the reception tables and chairs will be provided for guests.

As we are aware, summers are hot in AZ. Please feel free to dress causally, yet formally. We want our guests to be comfortable and protect themselves against the warm weather.

Due to the venue being small and there are rules, please be advised that only twelve cars are allowed to park outside of the site. PLEASE CARPOOL IF POSSIBLE. If you have transportation issues or cannot make it due to vehicle issues, please contact Sophie ASAP so we can make arrangements.

We have carefully picked guests to celebrate our private wedding. As much as we wish to invite everyone who impacts our lives, restrictions have prevented us from doing so. We please ask that people who are formally invited to join us on our day.

The children attending our wedding play a role in making our dream day come to life. We request that if you have children at home that do not play a role in our wedding to please make accommodations to have them taken care of for the night! Pets besides our two dogs will not be allowed either.

Smoking is not allowed at the event site. If you wish to smoke, please step away or refrain from doing so until after the reception. Alcohol will NOT be provided, and you may not supply for your own. If you consume alcohol prior to the ceremony, you will be asked to leave.

The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. We request everyone to be sat and comfortable by 2:50 pm to keep schedule on track. Please arrive 30-40 minutes before the ceremony to give yourself some time to prevent having to rush around or delay things.
