What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, this might include a nice dress and heels, and for men, a suit and tie. You are encouraged to dress in happy, springy colors! Think garden party!

*** Some of our guests are sensitive to fragrance so please avoid wearing strong perfumes and colognes.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

The weather should be sunny and beautiful! Feel free to bring sunglasses and a sweater in case it gets chilly later.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Ladies, the ceremony will take place on grass, and the reception will take place on large patio tiles.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

The address of the venue 3566 Sunset Valley Rd, Moorpark, CA.

On Sunset Valley Road, turn left where you see the Rancho De Las Palmas sign by the horse stable. Up the driveway there is self parking.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of our 5:30 ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is free self-parking at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate children other than those listed directly on your wedding invitation. Those listed directly on your wedding invitation are the only invited guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception to post on social media?

We ask that you keep your phones off or on silent during the ceremony. However, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception! We will have a link where you can upload your photos if you'd like to share them with us :)

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Unfortunately, because it's a holiday weekend, we were unable to book a hotel block at a discounted rate. However, many friends and family coming from out of town will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Westlake. If you have additional questions or booking concerns please contact Sophie.

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

We will only be accepting RSVPs on the RSVP page of this website. If you have questions you need answered before submitting your RSVP please contact Sophie directly.
