There are 5 possible airports within reach of the Chateaux;

Brive-le-Gaillarde (45 mins) Limoges (1hr30mins) Bergerac (2hrs) Toulouse (2hrs) and Bordeaux (3hrs)

All of the airports above offer low cost car hire, from Hertz, Avis, Europ car, Sixt. A car is the best way to get around France and also gives you the possibility of extending your holiday should you wish to after the wedding. We recommend you book your car hire in advance to avoid any unexpected issues. Taxi's are famously non exitance in rural France, and if you are luck enough to find one, historically unreliable and expensive.

Driving

France can of course be accessed by ferry or Eurotunnel and the Château is a 7-9 hour drive from Calais. We would recommend this route if you would like to make this trip part of an extended holiday.
