Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at one of the suggested accommodations. If you plan on utilizing the shuttle, please meet at the Courtyard Albany/Troy Waterfront. There is only room to accommodate hotel guests on the shuttle (Courtyard, Hilton Garden, Best Western). The shuttle will arrive for pick up at 2:45pm and leave promptly at 3:00pm. The first return shuttle will leave the venue at 9pm and the second return shuttle will leave at 9:45pm For all other guests, there is parking available on site. Any cars left overnight MUST be picked up by 10:00am latest.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed in the invitation. Otherwise we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for the day, no jeans please! For colors, we are suggesting a fall palette.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party.

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us! Other than the ceremony, YES! please feel free to take as many phots and videos as you'd like!

Yes, We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!!

Yes, the ceremony will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately! The reception will be inside of the barn located across from the ceremony site.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible! However, the deadline is September 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a "No". We need to provide the vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, We hope you can understand!
