The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour from 5-6pm and dinner and dancing until 10pm. We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, so please dress accordingly. If it is raining (or snowing!), we'll of course move the ceremony indoors. Important note: The liquor license rules in CO are very strict, so you'll have to show your ID at the venue to be served alcohol - don't leave it at the hotel! There is also no outside alcohol allowed at the venue. Dinner will be buffet style with preset options, please contact us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can have something else delicious prepared for you!

We have rented Kent's Cottage (located on the venue's property) and will be hosting an after party there with drinks and snacks from 10-11pm.

Weather permitting, we will be hosting a casual picnic starting at 11am with games, food, and a variety of drinks at Robert F. Clement Park (7306 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123). We'll be at one of the picnic areas by the reservoir (1-8 boxed in red on the attached map), be sure to enter via Bowles Ave and not S Pierce St. If the forecast is rain/snow/too cold to enjoy being outside, we will cancel the picnic and announce it at the wedding. We won't have a formal back-up event planned, but welcome everyone to join us at a brewery (we'll announce which one if/when we cancel the picnic).
