FLIGHTS

The main airport in Rome is Fiumicino / Leonardo DaVinci

which is about 20 minutes drive to Borgo di Tragliata.

Aerlingus and Ryanair both fly from Dublin to Rome (Fiumicino / Da Vinci)

We advise booking flights as soon as you know you're coming, as flights can get expensive this time of year. Jubilee 2025 is also taking place next year, which is likely to increase flight costs.

BUS TRANSFER

If there are a number of you arriving into Rome on the same flight, we will book a bus transfer to take you from the airport to the venue. Bus transfers will cost approx. €10-€20 per person depending on how many people avail of them. Payable in cash only.

It can be difficult/expensive to organise private taxis as the venue is quite rural, so we will try group people together where possible.

We can also arrange the same for those coming from Rome City.

A self-pay bus transfer back to the airport/Rome Termini on Sunday, June 15th will also be available.

Please indicate on your RSVP if you would like to avail of the transfer.

You can avail of both transfers or just one, and this can be updated closer to the time.

TRAIN

For those who will already be in Rome before the wedding and want to avail of public transport, you can get to the Borgo region by train and then to the venue by taxi. A train ticket costs approximately €5 each way.

* Go to the main train station 'Rome Termini', and take a train in the direction of 'Civitavecchia' (departs every 30-60 minutes).

* Get off at 'Torrimpietra / Palidoro' station.

Once in 'Torrimpietra/Palidoro', you can take a taxi to Borgo di Tragliata which is about 15 minutes drive.

TAXI / CAR HIRE

The venue is approx. 25mins from the airport. Some operators at the airport may charge a premium fee, so we can arrange for the hotel to book this for you - please let us know on your RSVP if you wish to avail of a taxi transfer.

Alternatively, if you wish to rent a car - all major car hire companies operate out of the airport, so feel free to rent a car and drive to the venue.
