This is an all inclusive resort, meaning unlimited food, drinks, and entertainment :) Discounted rates are available for both regular rooms and suites as well as club level rooms and suites. *You may also fly into Cancún International Airport if you wish to spend some time in Cancun, MX before or after celebrating with us. Tulum is about a 90-minute shuttle/taxi/bus from Cancun*

-On your flight to Mexico, you will be provided immigration and customs declaration forms on the plane and should fill them out during the flight.

-When you land, you will go directly from the arrival gate to immigration processing.

-After the immigration process, you will collect your luggage and head toward the customs checkpoint. Luggage is searched on a random basis at the customs checkpoint *your luggage will likely not be checked*

-After passing through the customs checkpoint, there will be currency exchange booths. Credits cards are accepting by some taxis/shuttles and restaurants but we recommend carrying some cash in case.

*It is better to withdraw money from a local ATM outside of the airport for the best currency exchange*

ARE THERE UBERS AND LYFTS IN TULUM?

No. The only form of transportation will be shuttle services, taxis, or car rentals. The hotel will also be able to help arrange transportation.

Please note the tap water in Mexico is not drinkable. It is advisable to

avoid rinsing your mouth with it in the shower and when brushing your teeth.

We recommend downloading WhatsApp on your phones prior to arrival to make phone calls and text others while in Mexico.
