February 4, 2018 started it all. After 7 months of long distance, Spencer made the move from West Bloomfield, Michigan to Cleveland, Ohio (a win for Ohioans everywhere). Spencer spent his time in Cleveland working for the Akron football team and earning his Bachelor's Degree, while Brooklyn played her final three seasons of softball at Ursuline College, and also worked towards her Bachelor's Degree. In their free time, Spencer and Brooklyn enjoyed exploring farmers markets, finding the best food spots, going on study dates, and of course experiencing many new adventures together.


It didn't take long for Spencer and Brooklyn to realize they had found their lifelong partners. On June 2, 2019, Spencer took Brooklyn to dinner in downtown Chagrin Falls. After dinner, he took Brooklyn to their spot by the waterfall and popped the question. Brooklyn answered the easiest YES! of her life.

Our love story continues in the small town of Defiance, Ohio. Together, we bought a home and made a four-legged addition to our sweet little family named Winnie. Spencer entered a career in logistics while still enjoying his many outdoor hobbies, and Brooklyn began her teaching and coaching career while still enjoying her daily iced coffee. We love getting the opportunity to grow closer together each day, and experiencing the sweet blessings this life brings.
