Yes. Please dress semi-formal/business casual. We would love if everyone would wear a neutral color (Black, tans, etc…) for picture purposes. Please do not wear white.

The addresses are the same for both the ceremony and the reception as they are on the same property. Yes, the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible.

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at the Days Inn by Wyndham Pocahontas in Pocahontas, Arkansas. It is 25-30 minutes from the venue. Room rates will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Yes! If you are going to be joined by a plus one, please RSVP including your welcomed guest.

No. This is an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY and we ask that all in attendance take in this special moment without their devices. We have hired a fabulous videographer/photographer that will be happy to share photos with you! During the reception, take all the pictures/videos you want!

There will be some drinks provided. We will have a signature Mr. and Mrs. drink as well as wine. The venue is allowing any alcohol other than colored liquors/seltzers for guests to bring for theirselves. If you choose to bring your own drinks, coolers must stay in your vehicle. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY AND HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER.

We would prefer 30 minutes before ceremony start time and no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. Ceremony begins at 5 PM.

The reception ends at midnight. There is no after-party. We would like to do a “send-off” to our honeymoon suite at 11:45 PM.
