Q + A

Which airport should I fly into?

Tampa International Airport. Or St Pete/Clearwater (PIE)

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We will be outside for most of the day, so please wear something comfortable and bring a jacket.

What weather should I expect?

Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but it is January in Florida. It can be anywhere from 50s to 70s during the day. At night it will cool off. There will be AC/heaters in the reception area.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoor/outdoor.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at 4pm so you are able to take a seat. The reception will follow the cocktail hour at about 5:30 pm. Both are on the same property.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Our ceremony and reception are taking place in the space area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. *** There will be a shuttle from the venue to the Hilton house after party. This will be available starting at 10pm. The shuttle will then be avalible until 3am to take you to your Airbnb or Hotel.

Can I bring my partner?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, please see the Hotels tab for the hotel block information.

Will there be an open bar?

A complimentary open bar will be provided from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our shared website by scanning the QR code on the tables.
